PHPFusion have a Photo Gallery system that we maintain for the public.
You can create and maintain Photo Albums very easy with the help of our Photo Gallery system.

Add Album(s)
Title: Enter the Album name
Description: A brief description, optional.
Access: Select Access level for this Photo Album.
Order: For multiple albums, use this to set the order in which they are displayed.
Thumb: Upload a thumbnail photo for this Photo Album.


Current Albums
To view and to populate an Photo Album with photos, you need to click either the thumbnail photos or the Photo Album name.
Once you have opened the Photo Album in question you will be able to select upload method.


Upload single photos
Title: Enter the Photo name.
Description: A brief description of your Photo, optional.
Image: Browse on your local computer for the photo you want to upload.
Order: For multiple photos, use this to set the order in which they are displayed in your current Photo Album.
Enable Comments: - Allows members to post comments on the Photo item, [If globally enabled - Settings -> Miscellaneous].
Enable Ratings: - Allows members to rate the Photo item, [If globally enabled - Settings -> Miscellaneous].


Upload folder with photos
In the root directory of you PHPFusion installation you will be able to find a folder called /ftp_upload/
You can place multiple folders that contain your photo´s in this folder. The added photo folders need to be one level.
Example :
/ftp_upload/my_photos_1/my_images.jpg/
/ftp_upload/my_photos_2/my_images.jpg/
/ftp_upload/my_photos_3/my_images.jpg/

To upload photo´s from these folders you need to mark each one you want for your selected Photo Album.
You can select more than one folder by holding the key [CTRL] while clicking.
Enable Comments: - Allows members to post comments on the Photo item, [If globally enabled - Settings -> Miscellaneous].
Enable Ratings: - Allows members to rate the Photo item, [If globally enabled - Settings -> Miscellaneous].

When you are content with your options click the Add selected folder to album.


Upload multiple photos
In the root directory of you PHPFusion installation you will be able to find a folder called /ftp_upload/
You can place multiple images directly in the root of this folder.
You can select more than one photo to upload by holding the key [SHIFT] or [CTRL] while clicking.
Enable Comments: - Allows members to post comments on the Photo item, [If globally enabled - Settings -> Miscellaneous].
Enable Ratings: - Allows members to rate the Photo item, [If globally enabled - Settings -> Miscellaneous].

When you are content with your options click the Add selected photo(s) to album.


Warning
Photo title and description of each mass uploaded photo will be empty, you need to editing each photo to enter a suitable title and description.


Member contribution
Your members can Submit Photos using the internal submission system.
The site owner and Administrators with Administrational Rights need to approve any submission before it is published.

General Photo Gallery Settings can be found in Administration -> Settings -> Photo Gallery.
