For about seven weeks ago we decided to put our hearts in to the realization of these major updates to both our systems and the public profile.

We wanted these updates to base on The Atom-X Theme and the Templating to this.
These updates are essential for us in order to display a modern profile of PHPFusion as a Content Management System.

There have also been a strong need to show new paths and some more viable Theming methods for dedicated PHPFusion 7 Developers.

We proudly introduce The Atom-X Theme

About Atom-X

The original Atom was built so that user can configure Themes from the Administration system.
What many of our Developers have not explored is how to break the barrier of being contained in a render_page() function.
Atom-X shows you methods how you can break all default standards and do Core file overrides with your own Templates via a hub control like system.
We have seen multiple responsive Themes created with Bootstrap, these Themes have not been able to bypass the render_page() function,
thus resulting in a locked table based design that remain fixed at Core level.
One example is the Administration system that previously were prevented from responsiveness.
It will be exciting for us to see Developers utilize Atom-X as their foundation to build new Themes with both customized Templates and customized Administration sections.
Atom-X delivers endless possibilities to all Developers with these proven methods.

Our Templates

This is our first Atom-X version and we are running the following sections on Templates,

Administration

The Administration template have made our Administration streamlined, you can see the result in the image below.

News

Our News have been completely overridden with a new Template as displayed with the image below, by all means please try the link.

Private Messages

We think that the Private Messages system looks more interesting with the new Template it have received.

User Profile

The User Profile have been made to be the natural landing page when you login, we also want it to be the place for our information to you.
The profile Template will be a continued Template that will receive constant updates and improvements from us.

The Site Search

Instead of a dedicated search section, the Search have been Templated to be a show/hide feature, If you click this link, scroll up and search the site.
Also note that the AddonDB is searchable from the new global site search section.

Community Forums

The Community Forums have been completely replaced with a new Template.
You can see that most of the layout including the buttons and reply boxes are customized with an overlayed preview method for replying to forum posts.

We have not Templated only Core files

Addon Database

Most of the new AddonDB also runs on a custom Template in the Atom-X Theme.
