System clean up
48 Hours notice, please ensure you store any important private messages as all messages will be purged along with all weblinks during transfer to our new host. This is just a housekeeping matter and you will be able to re-submit your site to our new categorised PHPFusion weblinks. Thanks folks!

PHPFusion uk transfer imminent
PHPFusion.co.uk is set for transfer to a new host. The transfer will take place next week and may result in temporary loss of service while the domain propogates. As you are aware PHPFusion.co.uk has been getting increasingly slower lately, seeing numerous outages and poor response times. As soon as I have more information, I will let you know. Happy new year!

PHPFusion UK back on
Apologies for the downtime, tech support during the holiday season can be pretty slow, but that's the way the server is lately. I'm moving to a new host in the new year with a 99.9% uptime guarantee, Myqth don't guarantee uptime, but you gets what you pays for!

Registration back on
As you may have noticed our registration system was switched off over night. This situation was caused by the shameful actions of an individual who repeatedly registered and attempted to flood this site. I have now begun to implement a blacklist system which allows administrators to effectively block IP address or email addresses. This system will be available in v5.01 (release date Feb 2005). PHPFusion.co.uk does neither tolerate or condone spam in any way or form.

Keep Spam away
Things seem to have gotten a bit out of hand lately, some people don't seem to understand the nature of our community sites. PHPFusion support sites, including this site, are here for one primary purpose, to help resolve technical issues, to offer advice on mods and other addons, and to provide news on latest updates and releases. The last thing I want to see on PHPFusion is advertising splattered everywhere, I don't mind people promoting their PHPFusion sites, but there is only so much I am prepared to tolerate. Please do not private message other members of this site or any other PHPFusion support site asking them to join your site. Any user found to be spamming other users will be banned or deleted, you know who you are, put a stop to it!

New Moderators
With immediate affect I have promoted some members to Moderator status. From the beta crew in come Janmol and Helmuth for their excellent contribution from the Danish support site. From Germany, Sascha, again for contributing to PHPFusion's German site. Two others include my buddy Sheldon for his efforts over at PHPFusion Mods, and Finally, Evit, who has quickly established a good reputation. A big thank you to all who have contributed to PHPFusion.

Forum Clean up
New forums have been added ready for the release of PHPFusion 5. You may notice that the Standard & Advanced web language forums have been removed, but don't worry, I've recently re-opened Digital Dominion where I plan to open various forums. Feel free to join up!

PHP Fusion mod site
www.phpfusion-mods.com is now open to the PHPFusion community. The site, managed by Sheldon, PHPBuddy, Rayxen and CrappoMan will feature an extensive library of mods which can be submitted by any willing coders including the above team. I will be taking a look frequently to see if anything needs to be integrated into the official core.

Corporate Advertising
Some users are advertising services which are not necessarily relevant to PHPFusion. Corporate advertising on php-fusion.co.uk is not welcome, especially not without my consent. Any projects directly related to the development of PHPFusion may advertise their sites within reason. We are not a free ride, please show some respect.

Forum outage
My apologies for the unintentional forum downtime, it was completely my fault as i'm working on two projects and accidently had a fusion file open whilst making multi file changes to Stargate Alpha. I uploaded new forum files last night before going to bed, not realising my mistake! Ooo errrr. All is well now.

Respect Copyright
Speaking on behalf of our growing modding community, I'd like to stress that modifications and themes posted on this site are the properties of their respective creators, globally. Whilst it is ok for our brother sites and approved modsters to make these available for download from their sites, all credit MUST be given to the original author. It may not be illegal, but it is completely disrespectful to the person who spent so much time producing a mod or theme. Please show some respect! Best Regards, Digitanium, founder of PHPFusion.

Regarding Adverts
PHPFusion is an open-source project development site, whilst I am happy to discuss any possible commercial advertisement deals I would appreciate folks not advertising any profit based ventures. I don't mind if you want to promote any personal/non-profit/charity ventures within reason. Thanks all!
