A very bright and fast loading portal theme!Changes in 2.0:1. Took all the changes that I made on the BrightSide_Blog theme, and then changed the form back to a portal shape, and here you are: The new and improved version of the BrightSide theme!2. I've added this function to the theme: If you have set the "Enable registration system?" to "No", in the Admin Panel's Miscellaneous Settings, the Register icon, just below the header, will now not show, but the 2 other icons will! And, off course, the other way around, the Register icon will then show up again, between the 2 other icons, if you reset your site back to allow registration of members again!3. changed the pop-up-title of the same icons, as mentioned in '2.', to take their text from the local files (insted of the english hardcoded ones it had before), so that you allways have the pop-up-text in the same language as the settings of your site's own language!4. Fixed a minor bug in the panel_on/off funktion of the side panels!
