I upgraded from 8.00.22 to 8.00.23 but the version number in the admin module still shows version 8.00.22. Did I miss something? I followed the same steps I did upgrading from 8.00.21 to 8.00.22.

The developer forgot something...
Upgrade_8.00.XX_8.00.23 > administration > upgrade.php

Repalce

After editing file upgrade.php update to 8.00.23
