After i upgraded to new version, my user admin menu would look like this(See attachment). Please tell me how to fix it. Thanks in advance.

You must have skipped some parts in the upgrade script.
Best course of action is to restore your system to original shape before the upgrade and follow the instructions : https://www.php-fusion.co.uk/infusions/wiki/documentation.php?page_id=17

In future posts, please be aware some.
Please help is not a valid subject and user administration as forum has little to do with Upgrading issues.
