I`ve purchased the commercial licence. And I am little bit confused - Who should I tell my domain?

Once the license is purchased and the payment have been completed we have an automated system that let´s you specify the domain.

Yes it could, however this thread is 3 years old.
If the procedure should be explained more clearly or not, both you and me know that most people only read “as much” so it probably matter little to not at all for most of em.
Site structure including these systems are all new and under development, we only fixed things that was absent or totally broken with little optimisations. It well be perfected in due time ;)
I will add a small note to write a section about it in the License page .
