Hi Guys
I just upgraded from 6 to 7 using the update.php file and then uploading the items inside "files" folder

I am now locked out and cant get back in... HELP???

Which site are you talking about? And how are you locked out - is it not possible to log in, but you can see the site, or what?

I did the upgrade and uploaded and the site is all there, all the pages seem fine and looks fine. I just cant log in using my Username and Password and I cant remeber what Email address i used for it

You can go through the MySQl->PHPAdmin, and check the email there. Look for the table: your-prefix_users, and click on the icon to the left where you can view the table, and see which email is used for the user_id 1.
You'll find the prefix used in the config.php, in the root of the site in question!
