I was checking out the ratings, and PhP-Fusion ratings have dropped from 4.19 (last I checked) to 3.97 (now).

So I went to PHPWCMS's forum just to browse some and I found a thread regarding their rank on opensourcecms. I found this quote:

The website in question is www.neversaid.com. A PHPFusion site. That kind of... bothered me a bit :P He is saying that PHPFusion is discontinued. I wonder if they are all going and giving PHPFusion a poor vote LOL.

ANd just so you know.. I did not go and rank them at 1, I ranked them at 2 :D
However, I did rank them before I tried PHPFusion... that was just my opinion of the CMS.

So I'm not just being silly in thinking PHPFusion isn't discontinued right? Last I checked.... we had an active community and developers always working on something. :P

The 'discontinued' comment was posted when we had out little 'incident' with the e107 people. We only came back stronger. :D

The phpwcms guys clearly have their heads up their asses thinking their system is superior to every other system. No system is the best in my eyes, not even PHPFusion. I'm geniunely humbled by the fact we are hovering around 2nd best. A dev team that believes they're too good should be very careful :)

Agreed Digi. The perfect CMS is whatever has what you need it to do. There is no "perfect" or "superior CMS". However, in my opinion, PHPFusion is as close to perfect as you can get. With the community, and ease of installing infusions, it can do almost anything you need. I just wish I was better with PHP to be able to help the community more. But I am learning :D
