problem with some letters (ä,ü...

I asked at the german support site but I didnt receive an answer yet.
I know the time is too short, but I need help as fast as possible because i have to go to work in some minutes and want this problem solved.
Today I visited my site and I have seen that theres something wrong.
Letter like ä,ü,ö and ß are shown as ¶Ã or ? .
I dont know where the problem is.
Yesterday I updated to version 6.00.203 and there were no problems and today I saw those "letters"
In te database there are also those letters,
it means that they are converted on submitting the form?
I dont know..
Would be nice if You could help me.
