Hello again,

Another question I have is about the HTML option in the Newsletter.
When I include an image in the newsletter and send it as HTML the receiver gets the e-mail but with the famous red cross on the spot the image should be.

What am I missing?

Thanks
Regards

This happens because you have your server set so that the images/ folder is only accessible by webpages on obcoss.nl

The images/ folder has the required permission 777.
I agree with you that it has probably something to do with permissions, but which one.

Thanks anyway

check for an .htaccess file in either your main directory or /images/ folder. if there's one in the images folder, delete it. If there's one in the main directory then let us know if there is.
