Sendmail issues might be down to a font?

I've been working with GODaddy on an issue I've been having with user registration emails, and those from the contact form. I get an internal server error when submitting for either.
On their advice, I have the following:
relay-hosting.secureserver.net
Port 25
No SSL etc.
After walking their tech through all of the settings, he figures the following might be the issue:
“https://cartelincorporated.ca/contact.php/includes/fonts/PHPFusion/font.min.css?v2”
I have tried a basic mailer script in the home directory for the site and it sends just fine.
