A little more information please. Which version of 9 are you using? And do you mean the admin or any user that is logged in?

OK Davide93s. After doing some experimentation on 3 of my sites which are 3 different Fusion versions here is your answer. The contact.php module is not intended for logged in users it is intended for guests to contact the administrator. That's why no message is sent for a logged in user.
