I just set the theme to Atom9

That error seems like incomplete file upload to me.

My confusion when upgrading 14 days ago !!!
In the root site I now have the file home.php, which is, however, from version 9.03.110.
Nevertheless, the website works well in the ATOM9 theme, see the link:
And according to the latest version, that's bad. When I delete home.php, the site doesn't work.

Dont use index.php as homepage. Use home.php or some static filename. But the site is looking good.
