Im found new error in error log:

Any advice how to fix that?

Maybe you can try to turn off guest post and let me know if you can find any error still? The shout_id with huge hashed string seems problematic.

I dont use on page quest posting.

I just checked secureimage github repository. It seems their support maxed at PHP 7.4 only. https://github.com/dapphp/securimage
Even if I patched the latest core files from the secureimage, I'd get these when viewing the image.

I think you can switch the captcha to google captcha 2 or 3 ? It's in Admin panel > Settings > Security

BTW this mod isn't the issue of the error in secureimage3, so sorry for that false positive, I understand better now

how come secureimage3 did work for couple days?

I looked into google reCaptcha 2/3,

I now have reCaptcha 2 with a tickbox "I'm not a robot" active, with validation type "text" and "display validation code [on]" in cPanel

when I hit viral somehow, I will disable this for the costs it could bring
