Is it possible for the "leave a comment" form to be displayed under all comments instead of above them? If so - where to make changes?

You want textarea under each comment? It's not possible to do this in template.

Ah.. this can be done in template. If you don't know, more info: How to customize core templates

Copy this into your theme https://github.com/PHPFusion/PHPFusio...hp#L19-L27 and simply ".$info['comments_form']." move below comments_listing div
