Bad targeting of friendly links

Hello, after updating to the latest version of PHP-FUSION 9.10.10, my friendly links are badly directed. "/" Is missing from the address.

Here https://github.com/PHPFusion/PHPFusio...r.php#L624 delete "/", and check if it works.

Since this can be a really annoying problem, I sent a quick fix. Everyone should see update v9.10.11. This fix is available only through auto update system.
