I hope to have an option for adding new download to have it as sticky download item,
or to show the latest download item in the page top ordering in the Downloads Section for members.
Today I added a new download item, but its order was not at the top in Downloads Section, it was in the 3rd order of all downloads.
What is the order rule in listing downloads?

If you update upload time when you editing download item, it should be first. However if this will be requested by many people we can add function to make dl item sticky. So far, only you have asked for it.
