It is technically possible in PHPF v. 9.3xx to display a panel with an article in the right side (or central column) via the Admin / System / Add panel. Example latest_articles_panel. So that this panel does not have links to the relevant articles, but separate - a short text of about 20 lines? It would only contain the number of reads, the date and the author.
I also give it as a topic for the future.
The core would be something like this:

<?php
require_once "maincore.php";
require_once THEMES."templates/header.php";

openside("Sloupek 1");
closeside();
require_once THEMES."templates/footer.php";
?>

I found out that something similar is being solved by Chubaty Vitaly (Rizado) via the Admin / System / Add panel.
But it only works partially, even though it introduces a compilation to version 9.0.
You can add a table to the database, but I can't run.

After adding to the database, the tables:
_infusions
_mlt_table
_admin
Microblog works at 80%.
Modifications in PHP files are also missing for perfect function via DB.
Can anyone help?

The problem, I think, will be in the database table. I'm sending two previews.
I created the table manually. It did not install automatically. I don't know if it's complete. Or are the lines missing?

I can't turn on "Rights" for MB (Microblog).
It is turned on in the users table in rights.

In the table it was missing in the 7th position:
mbblog language varchar (60) CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci DEFAULT NULL
The project works, but for example without the number of views of the article and the date.
