Here is what I am going for, but I am having a rough time with this. All of this I am doing within the Magazine Theme in main.inc. the logo placement needs to be at the top not on the left where it currently is, along with the time and date, then the 3 panels, site links brought down, and the user needs to go up. I don't know how to do all this. I need help, and a tutorial isn't going to get my site built anytime soon. I like PHPFusion. Don't want to have to switch.
