In file locale\English\global.php there is a reference to:
$locale['phpmailer'] = "en"; // refer to path includes/classes/PHPMailer/language/phpmailer.lang-{value}.php

These files are not in the latest Tesseract on github. Can we live without these phpmailer.lang-{value}.php files?


Edit:
Same goes for: $locale['filemanager'] = "en_EN"; // refer to path includes/elFinder/js/i18n/{value}.js
Directory i18n contain no lang files.

Don't bother with English files. These translations are usually directly in code
