On one of the hosting after installing the new version 8.00.30 (screenshots show home page and admin area). Checked 8.00.23 - everything is fine.

In the downloaded 8.00.30 there are no data lines.
If you add the code does not work either.

Removed .htaccess. But still there is no access to some files. The fact is that several sites were updated to 8.00.30 on the same hosting and work fine. Namely, after installation, such a problem.
