You should find a missing < tag or similar in the panel that comes with the video infusion.

It was not my intention to imply that you do. I simply pointed out where and what could be the issue.
You have several options from there.
You could show the code from that panel here and ask politely if someone wanna look at it and make some sense out of it.
You can disable the panel.
You can try to find another copy/version of the panel that might work with no hazzle.
