Github Babylon installer displays blank page

The installer from
https://codeload.github.com/php-fusion/PHPFusion/zip/Babylon
does nothing.
tried the install.php from Andromeda, but the appear to be identical.
Why would I see a blank page?
I have installed all other versions with no problems.

What's your PHP version?
Min. is 5.6, but we strongly recommend using PHP 7 and above

Use Andromeda, Babylon is DEV version and contains some errors.
