We have a ranch house that we utilized for our nonprofit that serves veterans and horses. There are also lots of dogs, mud, etc. Ruggable is the only option for us. They are beautiful and functional. We have really put them to the test and I believe that they will continue to improve the product. Of the 4 rugs we have, we have had 2 replaced in the first 10 months and customer service was great. We expect to purchase at least 4 more for the ranch house so that we can rotate the covers. Since the pad and the cover are not exactly the same size, it is IMPERATIVE that you get the cover on square or the rug corners will turn up. Still a great product. I look forward to a thicker softer pad option.
