It is no longer possible to set access for USER in Custom Pages as you can see from the attached image

earlier in the drop down menu you could also choose 'User' but it has disappeared from the menu

I intend to change the access level from Administrator to User, but this can't be done because the User option does not appear in the drop down menu
the drop down menu should say:
Gæst = Guest
Bruger = User
Administrator = Administrator
Super Administrator = Super Administator
and so on
btw. what is the panel_access code for User?

Oh no, This is a bug issue in the core.

No need to replace file, just edit the file and remove the red line, and add the green line and upload to your server new change.
