Hello,
I have installed the script at my site but after selecting the Arabic package the site encoding is as the attached picture.
Can someone tell me how to solve this issue?

Encoding must match file and database, I think you have a differance there, perhaps a utf8 database and another charset in your Arabic global.php

try to change all arabic files to UTF-8 without a BOM
then try to install afresh copy for php-fusion
u can use this file to change many files at once
