If you create a new admin, not add
admin rights DC, NC, WC
You do not have the admin table.
It works only on the primary than the main admin

Not good.
Have you ever receives the primary admin
adminból to throw out the download category.

If you do not have to modify
add or rewrite pageAccess("A"wink;
infusions/articles/admin/
article.php and article_settings.php and article_submissions.php

And

insert pageAccess("D"wink and delete (DC) (download_cat.php)
infusions/downloads/
download.php and download_cats.php and download_settings.php and download_submissions.php

I'll run a check tomorrow since I'm done with the installer tonight. Will test a full fresh installation. Give me 24hr.
