Upgrade from 7 version to 9 and i can't log in to admin page:

When i can login my admin menu is gone.

Can you login into your SuperAdmin account?

or you can not login pass Admin Panel?

Right now, Immediately go PHPMyAdmin, do a full backup of your SQL. Do a second DB call my_backup, import your backup and make sure the tables populate over the new table. In case screw ups anyway, you still have a full Running Table.
