Forums - how delete or change? [Solved]

i have a fresh installed version 9 and create 2 Forums. I see this forums but when i click on it i cant only add new but non delete or change
whats wrong?
by the way: i cant add parent-forums with the same name in different forums.
Example: i want in 1/1 Scale figures --> Sideshow and in 1/2 Scale Sideshow too .. but i dosent work

Native Forum requires Entypo to be enabled. Once you Enable Entypo fonts you will see the settings there.
