Try this hack. Download v7.0.6 from this site. Delete the NSS Brazil setup.php, then use the setup.php from the official package. Run the install.

See what happens.

Not tried it on Linux. To the server that I'm trying is the Windows platform. But if by chance if there is a compatibility issue with the Windows platform, we end this matter here. So I will look for a CMS with support WINDOWS. OK?

IIS has never been officially supported. It usually works though, if one is careful with the WAMP/XAMPP configuration.

There are several possible configurations in Windows.

You run PHP and MySQL and Apache server on a Windows machine - Not supported but should work.
Any other combination that is installable and configurable in a Windows OS environment - unsupported[/olist]

The project PHPFusion works always concerned with the compatibility,
but there are no guarantees, is an OpenSource project and most of our experiences,
are based on the server that has proved more compatible with PHP: "Apache" (in our particular case).

There is no guarantee that the core and peripherals will work on all web servers.
Also there is no guarantee that the template (markup and javascripts) will work
and shall be compatible with all browsers. (IE, FF, Chrome, etc).

In short, PHPFusion, "from experience", is compatible with "Apache".
In other web servers and according to your feedback, we see that IIS is inconsistent
with current versions. However, it is not impossible, since we read in the PHP manual.
