Currently When i go to my downloads, it lists all my downloads which is a fair few and as i have sub categories it just looks totally confusing.

How would I go about modifying it to show the downloads page with just categories for instance, Videos (10), Books (14) that can be clicked on and that would then show the list of downloads, which can be clicked on again that shows you the details like this page: http://www.php-fusion.co.uk/downloads.php?cat_id=23&download_id=541

Any help would be great or where to start?
