from public_html and now its gone. Nothing in any trash cans. How can I put this back on my site?

Gill, thanks for the reply. I dont have a download package as fusion was installed via Softaculous as a portal.

Oh,Ok just download the PHPFusion from here.
http://www.php-fusion.co.uk/downloads...nloads.php

Check for version though.
then upload the infusion:

\files\infusions\shoutbox_panel
