Grouping news in the main page

Hi,
I was trying to find how to group news categories in the first page of ma website. which means I'd love to put the first 5 news from category "A" on the top then to have a line that divides group "A" from the other groups like i dnt wanna mix news categories together in the first page .... e.g wen you post a medical news with sport is summit kinda not preferable
so i drew an example of wat i'd love to have
