Theme switcher panel with preview

Again: It's working like a charm. Just follow the new readme I've made:

I read this whole thread, I made adjustments to the latest readme.
Does not work.
Preview images are switched correctly, and after clicking OK, the picture turns always the same picture, but the appearance will not change
appearance can not be changed even in the administration, although change is saved to the DB, but does not apply.

tested in localhost, when I logged,

when logout, so it works properly

same problem is also on the Web


smokeman on your page is not allowed to register,
so I ask, is functional theme_switcher also after login?
