Index PHP

I properly installed everything to my knowledge, and all works fine except for one page. www.cashondeckentertainment.com/index.php

No this is not my default front page. my default main page is www.cashondeckentertainment.com/index."html"
(irrelevant but felt like it had to be mentioned.)

Now the issue is, the forums are located on Index.php but when people go to the "Discussion Forum" it shows up as a blank PHP page. I have noticed that it may not be a problem with just that page specifically because index.php does not have any php script in it except for the initial installation script unless you get a theme and then its just a blank code/design .php file... well at least this is what I see.. Im confused can someone help? Please?

smh, you would think that a certified developer would know how to engineer his own site.. i feel noobish.
