What i want is that when i press a site link at the sub-header it would open my page but as an iframe ill show you an example.
My homepage before i click:
img832.imageshack.us/img832/8747/hmpg.jpg
After i click my ipb forum is below my header:
img822.imageshack.us/img822/613/hmpga.jpg
wasnt trying to show how it would look resized, but the idea is when i click the link above it would bring the content from the link below the sub-header with background and heeder content intact.
Can anyone help me?

I don't think iframe is that safe... Not sure if this is the best way but you can add a custom page in your admin panel and add this.
