Only In news.php footer shows wrong,its not in the center > it shows to the right!! dunno why ?! what is wrong in it ? how can i fix it ?

Copyright is sadlt still not alright, it should be linked to our website and to the full license text. It's only text now, must be linkable!

This user has been told numerous times to add the copyright footer, puts it back until he receives an answer whereafter he removes it.
