Forum doesn't send email out

Hi everyone.

My site is www.luciferlegion.com and is hosted @ godaddy with window based host.

Before switching to phpfusion I was using Snitz Forum then phpbb3, both could send email out

I installed phpfusion then. It couldn't send any email out.

My host has a recommended smtp relay being relay-hosting.secureserver.net and doesn't need username or password.

even tho I set it in the smtp server field, phpfusion just doesn't send any email out.

My other forum is at luciferlegion.com/phpbb3 and the ASP forum at www.itasne.com

My ISP also says:

If you use the mail() function in your PHP, you do not need to specify an outgoing mail server. If you are using some other method besides mail() in your PHP code, use relay-hosting.secureserver.net for your relay server.

But I am not sure this applies for window based hosting.

I'd really like some help with this, thank you all for your support.
