Registeration Email Problem

Hello,
There is funny thing happening to my registeration or new members and my email.
All the new member's details are going straight to the system admin email or superAdmin email rather than the emails of the members where they are required to activate, i keep getting all this emails from my site saying please activate your account, i noticed they all using their own emails but rather than going to their emails, its been going straight to my system admin email.
I just did a test to see if the members are also getting a copy, and sadly they are not receiving any emails.
Moderator Edit: No reason to write Major Problem in subject. Keep informative!

No I have not modified anything, everything worked fine, i got over 2500 members, but last night i started to receive the details of new members....rather than the emails going to the email they used to register

It was caused due to a minor bug in the minisendmail program the new chroot environment is using and I'm afraid you had no way to fix it on your end.
