After i log in and go to the admin panel link, it logs me out and i have to re sign in again. it does this everytime :( whats the matta with mine! lol

Do you usually open two site with same username and password if yes; Thats the problem.

Or have you two PHPFusion sites in the same web space?

Example:

One site at: http://www.mydomain.com
And the second site at: http://www.mydomain.com/folder/

If this is the problem, then open includes/multisite_include.php and change this line:
define("COOKIE_PREFIX", "fusion_"wink;
to
define("COOKIE_PREFIX", "fusion2_"wink;
