I have a site its called EMP Energy. I have full episodes of family guy, south park, ect i also have full movies. I also have an arcade to were u can have fun and compete against other players on the site. Lastly the forums are to talk about cheating and making bots for sites like club live and get the prizes and money from those sites easier.

I do know there are a few data base errors on the pages in the videos and in the arcade but that shouldn't effect the preformace of anything. But if there are any broken links or videos i would like you to please report it thanks!

im not going to comment the content but the theme is ok. one MAJOR problem is that it's very hard to find the box where you could log in and register. this is a problem because people usually dont like registering even if the box is right in front of them- and if they have to look for it then theres a small chance they will register. if you know that the register box is hard enough to find that you have to tell people where it is, then you should consider a new theme.

By posting the above information, you are bringing more attention to your website that hosts multiple pieces of unlawful content.
I have know many sites that have been shut down and fined for having unauthorized copyright information on their site without written approval by the media corporations. Those corporations do not give permission to hosting their episodes even with paid fees.
Way to go! I would suggest consulting legal council. You are headed for court battle.

umm the thing is my site is 100% legal. How? Well because im not hosting any of the videos. It is all 3rd party hosting

umm P2Ps were 100% legal, but was not legal. Content shared were not hosted on their servers.
Videos on your site have the EMP overlay, giving misleading information and is shows unethical conduct.

On another note, most of your videos are not even working, tables missiong.
Why are you using v7 for your site? Isn't it for test and not receommended for live sites yet? I love impatience.

On my opinion i know sites are shut-down for putting up movies that are not legal, but heres one YOUTUBE has 100,000 submissions a day a they haven't been shut-down or sewed yet.

They have been sued, but you knows how owns youtube right? Google, and they are ting care of such things :)

The thing is that youtube hosts my videos, and all im doing is enabling the videos on my site that other people upload to the web

He doesn't host any vids or music on his server, he only links to other sites who host them, so he's fine. YouTube hosts vids on their servers, that's their problem. Kazaa, Napster etc, enabled people to share music and video files, not links to files hosted elsewhere, that's why they were sued.
There is a big difference between hosting files yourself and giving links to sites who are hosting files.

where do you suggest would be a good spot to put the login/register links on my site? i do not want to use user info panel

Well also if you look at the bottom of EMP Energy at the bottom it says:
that there says he is not taking it for himself and he can't get sued.

All Videos are hosted by 3rd Parties. All Videos, and Images might be copyrighted but are owned by their respective owners.

well it also seams no one ever took the time to look around the site the only thing they saw was the videos and didn't look at the bottom under the copyright information.

As far as I can see, (at least some of) the links are to files on myspace and to me that means not the original files but illegal copies. I condone the ban.
