Hey Homy, I got a question:

I would never remove any notices on any of my sites, as I believe in giving credit were credit is due, but, Could it be the case that this person sent in a donation and removed the copyright notice?

Or is it completely against the rules to take it out?

If this is the case, maybe Digi needs to update the "phpFusion Lisencing" page, cause as it reads now, its more like "We would appresiate if you leave the copyright on there, but, if you take it out, concider making a donation"

That kinda leaves it up in the air, and open to interpretation, I think you guys should make it mandatory to leave the thing there,(unless one pays a certain fee) so there wont be any misunderstandings.
