I've just tried to install php-fusion, I uploaded it all and went to set it up, I put all the database information in etc and it came up with the following error.

Quote

nvalid default value for 'panel_side'Invalid default value for 'poll_started'Invalid default value for 'post_edittime'Setup was unable to create one or more database tables.

Please restart setup and try again.

If you are unable to resolve this problem please visit our
local support site at php-fusion.co.uk

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks, Kier

Not sure, but have your done everything according to the "readme-file"?

Upload of files
CHMOD
Setup

Have you tried running setup again to see if the same error occurred?

You need to tell us a bit more, like
have you created the mySQL database (or had one created for you by your host)?
Have you tried re-uploading the files, and CHMOD the right files/folders?
Do you use the right host- and username/ password?

If all this is done correctly, there really should not be any problems. But it's a bit hard to tell exactly what's wrong (I did not sit beside you, lol..)

Your site need a mysql database to work.
You therefore need a webhost that supports php/mySQL, and they most likely need to create the database for you, if you are not allowed to do that yourself.
You also need the login details for your database, it's the same one you use when entering the setup page of PHPFusion.

i tried it 100x (step by step, all, chmod, upload files ...) and it still does not work!

i can give you information about database and you should try to install it but i am sure it does not help:|
