I'm not sure if this is meant to be like this or not but when hitting the infusion link under System admin as an administrator(NOT AS SUPERADMIN) it just forwards to the home page.

Why would it be doing this?

likely because the admin in question doesn't have access rights to that area... just a guess though...

He does otherwise it would not appear at all in admin panel.
