the theme.. eeh.. no comments..
but the downloads you talk about on your site, are any of them something that YOU've made? something you own the copyright for? or something whitch the copyright owner has allowed you to make available for download?

Yeah, where is the "Powered by Php-Fusion"? :@- I have no comment for your site until "Powered by Php-Fusion" is back on.

To Sbhedges & Ken.
you say that i don't have php-fusion copyright on my site.
but if you read in my Welcome panel (Velkommen), it says :

" Copyright © 2004-2007 kiksen.dk
Engine : phpfusion © Nick Jones "

is it supposed to be written in another way, if so, please come with some suggestions. :)

First, if you want support from here, you better put our proper copyright notice back up on your page.

Secondly, we do not approve of any kind of promoting illegal software, even if you have the right to link it, we don't have to let you advertise it in our forums.

Get that copyright back and remove the links to any form of illegal software. Else your post about your site will be deleted.

Here's our proper copyright notice:

Quote

Powered by PHPFusion copyright © 2003-2006 by Nick Jones.
Released as free software under the terms of the GNU/GPL license.

And yes, we are so ****ed at people not respecting the copyright notice of our software. Imo, it's very ungrateful to have a free software and not being able to respect the copyright of the creator. That is really low...

i thought that it was a proper copyright notice :|...
now i replaced the text :
Engine : phpfusion © Nick Jones

with this code :
Engine Powered By <a mce_href='www.php-fusion.co.uk' href='http://www.php-fusion.co.uk'>Php-Fusion</a> &copy; 2006 Nick Jones.

Now at the bottom of my welcome panel, it says :

Powered by <a mce_href='www.php-fusion.co.uk' href='http://www.php-fusion.co.uk'>Php-Fusion</a> Copyright © 2003-2006 by Nick Jones.
Released as free software under the terms of the GNU/GPL license.

Sorry for the mistake, i just thought that my copyright text was good enough. did not know that it had to be that exact text. sorry KEFF and all of you.

So what do you alle think about my theme, know that i have put on the proper copyright notice

I like your design too. Very nice and clean theme.

I still like the "Powered by Php-Fusion" placed in bottom of the site best, but I guess it's a matter of taste. Most of us usually look in bottom of the site for the Copyright, like I also did when I visited your site. Because of this I didn't see the copyright notice in the welcome message.

ok, Ken.. i just think that when the welcome panel is almost in the center og the page, it is the first thing you see, therefor you see the copyright notice :)
