OK, the section on licensing should be revised. Getting on to folks about their "Powered by" statements is getting redundant. Why? Here ya go, straight from PHPFusion Licensing:
Basically the above says you don't have to do this anymore! And you folks have left it wide open by saying "please consider" not "you must". So if people want to remove the link, the licensing allows it.
However, I agree that such sites should be on their own unless it can be determined that they made a decent donation. All others sites must retain the proper credits if they want to receive official support. There should be some revision in the licensing to that effect.
Otherwise, quit getting on to people about the "Powered by" statement. Without the clarification, you're really just turning people off.
