After installing the latest version of PHP-FUSION 9.03 I have a problem with logging in PA.

Please do not ask for support for 9.03. These are not public supported package and is only for closed development use.

The current stable package is found here:
https://www.php-fusion.co.uk/php_fusion_9_downloads.php

Please install this package instead.

Is the token and session problem fixed in this version?

I installed this version as you provided but it is still the error with the token.
