News and Log In problems. Need Support for fixing that.

Hi,

I have 2 problems, and I don't know how o fix it.

So, the 1-st problem is News.

Here is the image. The problom is that the picture ant the text is not in the right place. How i know the text must begin with the picture like this...
(this picture is from other site ^^)

The next problem is that, when you log in or log off, the welcome or bye screen is not in the center, but in left. Here is the screens
