Make sure submissions is enabled in Blog and it should appear here ( Screen ).

Falk, did I do something wrong in my install....seems only I can add a blog no one else. I seem to remember before 9.10.20 users could add a blog that I needed to authorize?

Hi, see this screen. and verify that your blog has these. Make sure user group is correct as well.

It does work well on demos, You can try to make a backup of current blog data. Defuse / Infuse and restore the data after.

It has to be a member, for guests it is not possible if you are trying that.
